Today, on June 6th, 2019, as the entire nation is celebrating the auspicious occasion of Maharaja Chhatrasal jayanti. The entire team of the show remembers Maharaja Chhatrasal and his unparallel contribution towards building this nation and fighting against Mughals .
Jitin Gulati, plays the titular role of King Chhatrasal, while veteran Ashutosh Rana plays the cruel Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. Popular television actor Manish Wadhwa plays the role of Prannath Ji who was the guiding force of king Chhatrasal. Manmohan Tiwari will be playing the role of Angad Rai. South actress Vaibhavi Shandilya plays Devkunvari and Miss India Gujarat 2018 Anusha Luhar will be playing Susheela in the show. Teenage actor Rudra Soni will be playing the younger Chhatrasal.
Chhatrasal is directed and co-produced by Anadii Chaturvedi and the creative director on the show is Rachell Ambrose. It is produced by Abhyuday Grover under the banner of Resonance Digital and presented by Mr. Manu Kumar Patel, Mr. Raman Patel and Mr. Narendra Patel, forerunners of Shri Prannathji Vaishvik Chetna Abhiyan. Music is composed by Hitesh Modak and show is been shot at ND Studios, Karjat and Filmcity and various locations in Mumbai.
