1. Shubh Mangal Saavdhan
It is a comedy-drama movie directed by R.S. Prasanna and produced by Anand S Rai. Excitingly, Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar are back together with a new twist in the story. It is expected to release on the 1st of September. The movie is about a boy Mudit Sharma whose marriage is arranged with a girl named Sugandha. Where their extended families are excited about the wedding, Mudit finds out about his erectile dysfunction. In order to treat his impotency he takes advice of his friends and tries to implement it. It is going to be a hilarious remake of the Tamil movie Kalyana Samayal Sadham. The story of the movie being so unconventional it is going to be fun watching this movie.
2. Baadshaho
The film takes us to the emergency era of , which shuffled the political system all over the country. When Rani Geetanjali’s (Ileana) palace was raided, government seized all the gold and arrested her for withholding it without declaration. After seizure, the government decides to send all the gold to Delhi in through trucks with officer Singh, a cocky cop who is in charge of this operation. The movie is supposed to take the audience through this thrilling journey from Jaipur to Delhi. Along with various obstacles, secrets and revelations, thr movie has explored the relationship between all the characters. The majot highlights of the film are the characters playing roles opposite to their style, beautiful screenplay and action sequences.
3. Poster Boys
It is an interesting hindi film co-produced and directed by Shreyas Talpade. He is about to make his directorial debut through this movie. The movie features Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol and Shreyas himself in the lead roles. It is an official remake of a Marathi hit Poster Boyz which Shreyas had produced and acted in. It is based on a true story where three men find their photos on a poster promoting ‘Nasbandi’ (Vasectomy) and then face humiliation from their families and the society. Poster Boys is scheduled to release on the 8th of September.
4. Judwaa 2
Directed by David Dhawan and starring Varun Dhawan in as a double role opposite Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu, Judwaa 2 marks as the most awaited movie of the year. It is rebooted version of Judwaa (1997) by David Dhawan. Prem (Varun Dhawan) is a simple and steady boy and gets into touch with a very beautiful girl Samaira (Taapsee Pannu) and they both fall in love. Prem has a history of being ragged by his seniors in the college because of his innocent nature. He pities himself for being like that and is told by someone that he can only be protected by Raja (Varun Dhawan) .Raja is an energetic boy and is a great devotee of Lord Ganesh. Raja is known for being his friend’s saviour. One day, both Raja and Prem encounter each other and the fun starts. It is slated for a release on the 29th of September. There are rumors that Salman Khan has made a cameo appearance in the film.
5. Fukrey Returns
Fukrey Returns is a sequal to the film Fukrey released in 2013 which was big hit. It was announced on 30 January 2016 that the cast will remain the same, and also Mrighdeep Singh Lamba will be the filmmaker again. Now it is all set to release in December this year, yet another eagerly awaited movie of 2017.
