Below given are the top 10 all time films which have made it the highest grossing ones.

 1) Dangal

The Aamir Khan starrer of 2016  with a budget of 70 crore made a total gross of 1965 crore ; approx 542.34 crore in India and approx 1419 crore overseas. The film was shown on an estimated 4300 screens in India and 1000 screens internationally. The movie was an exceptional depiction of portraying that a neither a woman is weak nor her relationship with her father.

 2) PK

Again a magic movie by Aamir Khan with Anushka Sharma as the co-lead bags the second place. The film opened in 22 international markets during its opening weekend and grossed $28.7 million placing at #3 at the worldwide box office behind The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies and Gone with the Bullets. With a budget of 85 crores, the movie made a total gross of 832 crores worldwide!

 3) Bajrangi Bhaijaan

Yet again its a Bollywood ‘Khan’ who made it to the third position. Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor with the adorable ‘Munni’ managed to woo the hearts of the audience. The movie took just 9 days to earn ₹200 crore from its domestic box office run. It made a gross of approx 626 crore worldwide with a budget of 90 crores. 

 4) Sultan

Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma are indeed the powerful along with talented actors. Yes the movie is about the wrestling sport with a romantic twist. It is produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner. This movie was made with a budget of approx 70 crores and crossed 589 crores.

 5) Dhoom 3 : Back In Action

This multi starrer action packed movie is a combination of love, speed and genious robberies. Ofcourse it has Aamir Khan and Abhishek Bachchan to set high expectations and become one of the most awaited movies. With a budget of 1.5 billion, the movie made 558 crores worldwide. 

 6) Chennai Express

After Aamir and Salman Khan making the top of the list, the Bollywood Badshah is not way too far. Chennai Express is a Deepika Padukone starrer opposite SRK and brings out the south Indian essense to the T! But the best part is, it still gives you the feeling of Bollywood movies. It is directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Gauri Khan under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment. It made an approx  of 422 crores worldwide with a budget of 75 crores.

 7) Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo

Although this film was not a big hit critically, the movie did make a grand opening due to the gorgeous star cast. Ofcourse the audience would not like to miss the glamour of Salman Khan and fashionista Sonam Kapoor. With a budget of 80 crores this movie surprisingly managed to make 399 crores worldwide.

One of the most influential movies of all time, this movie did face controversy because of famous author Chetan Bhagat claiming patent rights issues with movie maker Rajkumar Hirani. But the movie was loved in totality and can be watched many a times yet! This movie was a combination of some amazing actors like Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Sharman Joshi, R Madhavan and Boman Irani. With a mere budget of 35 crores, this movie made 395 crores worldwide making it a movie with higher profit margin. 

 9) Dilwale

SRK and Kajol jodi is rated as the best in bollywood and this movie is made up of this beautiful jodi along with raising actors like Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. This movie could have done better critically but did exceptionally well in box office with a score of 394 crore worldwide.

 10) Happy New Year

Again a multistarrer by King Khan which definitely made us laugh out loud! This is the second of his movies in the list with Deepika Padukone making a point that this jodi is quite popular and acclaimed for. The film released on Diwali, 24 October 2014, in three different languages: Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. It made 385 crores world wide with a budget of 1.5 billion.
